The Texas Culinary Academy features the Le Cordon Bleu curriculum and a practical approach to learning. Students of the academy will soon find themselves preparing dishes from over 25 countries. While practical experience is important we combine this approach with the management skills necessary to operate you own dining establishment or successfully manage any food and beverage entity. In addition to various food preparation techniques, students will be educated in business management, accounting, speech and English.
